Established in 2021, EFS Integrated Solutions is a NSW-based facility services company delivering cleaning, maintenance, grounds, waste, security and hygiene services to organisations across New South Wales and Australia.
We coordinate frontline teams, specialist services and reporting through one practical service model. Every contract begins with understanding the site. From there, we establish responsibilities, schedules, supervision and communication that reflect the client’s real operating environment, and technology makes attendance, evidence and follow-up easy to see.

When we founded EFS Integrated Solutions in 2021, we saw an industry where clients were juggling too many contractors, chasing too many invoices and getting too little visibility of what was actually happening on their sites. We built EFS to fix that.
Our model is simple: one accountable team, capable and well-supported people, and digital evidence that removes the guesswork. We invest in training and supervising our frontline staff because they are the service. We invest in technology because our clients deserve to see what they are paying for. And we invest in safety, quality and sustainability because it is the right way to run a business that operates in other people’s buildings.

Our frontline teams are directly employed, police-checked, inducted and trained before they step onto your site. Site teams are supported through structured scheduling, supervision, inspections and escalation.
For clients with multiple properties, consistent reporting creates a portfolio view without removing the local detail needed to manage each site.
