Integrated Management System

A consistent framework for quality, safety and environmental responsibility.

Our Integrated Management System, or IMS, brings the controls that guide our work into one practical framework. It connects policy with what teams do on site, how risks are managed and how performance is reviewed.

Q

Quality

Scope, service standards, inspections, corrective actions and client feedback are managed as connected parts of delivery.

  • Documented service requirements
  • Inspection and audit programs
  • Issue and complaint management
  • Continuous-improvement reviews
S

Safety

Risk is considered before work begins and throughout delivery, supported by training, consultation and incident processes.

  • Risk assessments and safe work procedures
  • Site induction and competency records
  • Hazard and incident reporting
  • Corrective-action follow-up
E

Environment

Environmental considerations are built into purchasing, chemical use, waste practices, equipment and improvement planning.

  • Environmental aspect review
  • Responsible product selection
  • Waste and resource awareness
  • Performance monitoring

How the system works

Plan the work. Deliver it safely. Check the result. Improve the process.

Plan

Confirm the scope, responsibilities, risks, resources and required controls.

Deliver

Mobilise trained people with the right instructions, equipment and support.

Check

Use inspections, evidence, audits and feedback to verify performance.

Improve

Address findings, review trends and apply practical improvements.

Governance

Controlled information, clear responsibility.

The IMS provides a home for approved policies, procedures, forms, records and responsibilities. Document control helps teams work from current information, while review dates and ownership make accountability clearer.

Relevant certifications, policies and management-system documents can be made available during tendering, mobilisation or client review. Certification claims should only be published once the current certificates have been verified.

Quality. Safety. Environment.
